Making A Purchase Choose the product of your choice, enter the quantity you require and and click "Confirm". If you wish to change or amend your order - click on the "View Shopping Cart" link shown in the navigation bar, this page will enable you to amend your order accordingly. Please ensure that the quantities you have ordered are correct. Once you have completed your selection, click on "Checkout" and fill in your delivery and payment details. Shipping And Handling Our current Postage and Packing charges and time scales can be viewed by clicking the Postage & Packaging link within the navigation bar at the top of the web page, this link is only visible whilst viewing the home page.
Most deliveries require a signature. The Royal Mail should leave a "while you were out card" if no one is available to accept and sign for your order. It then becomes the customer's responsibility to collect the item from their local sorting office. If items we send out are not collected by the customer TikTak IT-Supplies cannot be held responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
If an item is lost in post it should be noted that The Royal Mail will not recognise the loss until 15 working days have past. After 15 working days have passed we (AIM Digtal Ltd) will file a claim with The Royal Mail. The Royal Mail will send you (the customer) a form to confirm the item has not been delivered. PLEASE NOTE it is the your (the customer's) responsibility to return the form back to The Royal Mail. Once The Royal Mail receive the completed form they should grant compensation. We will then pass this onto the customer as soon as possible.

Tax Charges All our prices are shown VAT inclusive and VAT exclusive. VAT is charged at current rates. The Customer Order will show the VAT amount payable. A full VAT invoice will be sent with your goods. |

Returns Policy To organise a Product Return send an email to stating the item or items you wish to return, with their part numbers, why you wish to return them (e.g. ordered in error, too many ordered) and the condition of the items (e.g. unused, opened etc). Please also supply the original invoice number, confirmation of your details such as address and telephone number and any other comments you wish.
If you have purchased an item and would like to return it even though there is nothing wrong with it, or have not signed for the delivery and not collected it from your local the sorting office, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for product compatibility. For example, it is your (the customer's) responsibility to ensure a memory card is compatible with your mobile phone (or other electronic device).
You will then be supplied with a Returns Number, please quote this when posting the item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain the Free of Charge Proof of Posting from the Post Office at the time you return the goods. (We cannot be held responsible for product not delivered by Royal Mail for whatever reason). Credit Card refunds are processed twice monthly, and a copy of each transaction will be sent to you for your records.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL: The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow for a cooling off period which allows you the right to cancel your order, within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after the day on which you receive the goods. Should you wish to exercise this right, first of all we require you to inform us of your intention to return the goods. Dispatch them back by recorded post to ensure their safe delivery. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. All goods returned to us should be unopened and in a resalable condition. Were you have exercised your right to cancel and we have received the goods back unopened and resalable, we will refund your money within 30 days.
We reserve the right not to offer a returns policy in relation to software and recordable media, if the seals have been broken.
