| | Postage & Packing | | Where do We Deliver To? We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Deliveries are sent either via The Royal Mail or Courier service, and all deliveries have to be signed for, and cannot be left unattended at your property. |
| | Our Postage and Packing ChargesPostage & Packing ChargesOur delivery charges are calculated on the total weight of your Shopping Cart when you are ready to Checkout and pay for your goods. The delivery charge will be shown when you decide to checkout and the website can examine the contents (and hence weight) of your shopping cart. It will display this when the Checkout button is pressed. If you are not happy with the calculated cost you can cancel at this point, as you would not have been asked to enter any payment details. After pressing the Cancel button, you can press "View Shopping Cart", and the contents of your cart will be displayed with the Shipping Costs. You can then edit quantities, or remove items from your shopping cart and the shipping costs will be recalculated for you. We would like to know if a shipping charge is obviously incorrect, and makes it prohibitive for you to purchase from us. If this occurs please email us at and we will look into the issue as soon as possible. Special Delivery is used for high value flash memory for security reasons. We reserve the right to change the method of shipment up to the point of despatch. Such an occurrence may be necessary when a customer order is split, i.e. part of the order is on back-order, and a minimal amount is being sent in the first shipment which would be uneconomical to be sent by courier. Our current scale of charges are shown in the table below and are subject to VAT at 17.5%. 1st Class using the Royal Mail | | Weight (kg) | Cost (£) | | 0 - 0.50 | 3.50 | | 0.51 - 0.75 | 4.00 | | 0.76 - 1.00 | 4.70 | | 1.01 - 1.25 | 5.50 | | 1.26 - 1.50 | 6.00 | | 1.51 - 1.75 | 7.00 | | 1.76 - 2.00 | 7.50 |

| Delivery Times Orders received before 4pm (on a working day) are despatched on the same day, if the items are all in stock.
Stock levels are shown below the "Add To Cart" button of each item.
You can order items that are not in stock. If an item is out of stock when you order, it will be back-ordered for you the same day*. The additional lead time caused by a back-order will be shown next to the "Out of Stock" message.
Items which can only be part supplied in quantity (e.g. you order 4 of an item of which only 2 is in stock), we will hold your order for 1 day* while we try to source the additional quantity. If we do not obtain the amount required the next day* after you orderd we will send what we have in stock to you. The remainder will follow up to 5 days* later. If 5 days* pass and for some reason we still cannot source your item(s) (e.g. in times of high demand, or a run-out of a model is currently in process by the manufacturer), we will contact you on the 6th day* to offer:-
1. The opportunity to wait for the item(s) if we believe they can be obtained. 2. An alternative product. 3. A refund for the goods not received.
For this reason it is always helpful if buyers supply a contact telephone number at the time of purchase.
Emails you can expect from us to inform you of your order progress: ------------------------------------------------------------------- i) You will receive an email to confirm your order. ii) You will receive another email to inform you when your order has been despatched. This can be up to 5 days* after ordering. iii) If you havent received an email, you will be contacted on the 6th day* as to why we have not been able to despatch your order. iv) You will receive an email to inform you that your order has been part despatched. v) You will receive an email to inform you that the remainder of your order has been despatched
NOTES: ------ a) We use a local Courier firm, who outsource to UPS for nationwide deliveries. b) The website is updated only once each day*, Monday to Friday, this includes stock levels. Hence if we have 2 of a particular item, and Mr.A orders 2, stock level becomes 0 but the website will only reflect this after being updated. Therefore if Mr.B orders 2 of the same items before the website is updated, Mr.B may believe 2 are in stock, but Mr.A beat him to it. PLEASE BE AWARE STOCK LEVELS QUOTED ARE A GUIDE. The chances of this happening are small over a 24 hour period or over a weekend, but it can happen. Hence stock levels cannot guarantee next day delivery. c) If your order is placed after 4pm the delivery time will be calculated as if it had been placed the following day*. d) Orders received late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed as if received Monday morning, unless Monday is an English Bank Holiday. e) The above note is not set in stone, and in times of light work loads, orders can be shipped if received as late as 5pm. It is important to note that this is not a guarantee. f) Items over 2.0KG are sent via Next Day* Courier. g) * The terms "Next Day", Day and Days refer to the Working or Next Working Day. h) Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. They exclude weekends and all English Bank Holidays. i) You will receive emails regarding your order only when you place your order and when it is despatched. j) You may also receive an email if we cannot contact you be telephone if despatch is not made within 5 working days.
